Charges During Peak Seasons

Prices will be adjusted during peak seasons such as year-end (late December through early January), Obon (mid-August), and Golden Week (late April through early May)*4. Please inquire for more details.

Prices do not include a separate ¥150 bath tax
Child prices apply to children between 4 and 12 years old (up to elementary school students)
Infant prices apply to children between 0 and 3 years old. This price only covers the room charge; bedding and food is not included.
Actual dates vary by the year.
We accept credit cards (lump-sum payments only).

Reservations can be made up to six months in advance over the phone (+81-973-79-3341) or online. In some cases, a date may be listed as fully-booked on the online calendar but there may still be available rooms, so be sure to inquire over the phone if you have your heart set on a particular date.

Cancellations

Cancellations due to guests’ circumstances made within a week of the date of stay are subject to cancellation fees. Reservations made online can be cancelled from the View Reservation page. Reservations made over the phone can be cancelled over the phone.

Cancellation Fees

5-10 days prior	10% of the accommodation charge
2-4 days prior	30% of the accommodation charge
1 day prior	50% of the accommodation charge
Day of	100% of the accommodation charge

Guests with Children

Guests bringing along children should make their reservation over the phone so that our staff can provide a detailed explanation of accommodations for children.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3 PM. As dinner is served from 6 PM, we ask that you arrive no later than 5 PM. Last check-out is at 10 AM.

Day Trips to Hot Springs

*We are currently not admitting non-overnight guests to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
