Kiyasuya’s clean, crystal-clear spring waters are rich in salts and will leave your skin feeling silky smooth.

The abundant fresh spring water heats not only the bath but the rooms themselves, and the gentle breezes filtering through the woods create pleasant ripples across the water’s surface.

Enjoy the serenity of being at home in nature as you gaze up at the starry night sky while listening to the soft chirps of insects, and wake up to beautiful birdsong.

Outdoor and Indoor Bathsavailable for non-overnight guests

The outdoor and indoor baths in the bathhouse building are available for use by all guests. Both the men’s and women’s outdoor baths were made using cut stone. The indoor baths are made from cut stone and the indirect lighting provides a calming atmosphere. Each of these baths can also be used by guests just visiting for the day. Beer and soft drinks are available from vending machines in the bath house.

Hots Spring Use for Day Guests

Currently suspended to prevent COVID-19 expansion.

Guests just visiting for the day can use the men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor baths. The charge for day visitors includes sales and bath taxes.

In the private outdoor baths, guests can bathe while enjoying a view of the deep mountain forests. This bathhouse is located slightly apart and across a small alley outside the main inn compound.

  • Overnight guests can use our private baths free of charge.
  • Hours of operation: 3 PM – 10 PM and 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Overnight guests can use our family baths free of charge. Each bath has its own unique style: Tsukushi was carved using stone, while Momiji was built from cypress wood.

  • Hours of operation: 3 PM – 11 PM and 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
